Our business is selling brand new, fully reconditioned batteries and new battery parts & accessories. We can also offer service and repair for Forklifts, and sell original and replacement parts.

For me, it helped me save time. Especially when doing reports, you need to memorize formulas in excel. In Jubili, just one click and all the results are shown. This is making me manage my time more wisely than before.

 

What’s your experience using JUBILI CRM?

 It is very user-friendly,  I can learn it in just one day from the JUBILI internal training workshop. Then in 1 day, I am already comfortable with using it, it’s just simple as when we spend time on Facebook applications.

What are the processes that were improved when you started working with Jubili software?

From a salesperson’s perspective, For me when I started using the software, the quotations are presentable and it was faster to create a quote. 

From a billing & collection perspective, I extract reports weekly or monthly. So when we started using Jubili, it was much easier to extract because before we used excel so it’s done manually. Then I will be creating a report and after that, I need to add a filter.  But in another way in Jubili, I just press a click and the report will appear.   

 

If you could describe JUBILI CRM in one word, what would it be?

From a salesperson’s perspective, I will describe it as unified. because I can see my numbers and activities in the software. Then I can access my sales performance.

From a billing & collection perspective, For me, it’s convenient. Because as billing & collection when I extract reports from manual it became automated. With just 1 click, I can see right away the reports 

I would definitely refer the Jubili application to our colleagues and companies that are in the same industry. because the software that we use is very useful and it’s fast to use.

There are a lot of benefits that we got from the application. So it is very recommended.
